Weddings. A Family Spring Wedding. In just over 3 weeks we’ll be witnessing two people declare their love for each other. And in between the ceremony I’ll be taking a sneak peek of my handsome little family as they take on the duty of best man, ring bearer and flower girl. It will be a day to celebrate love, marriage and commitment.
Bloemfontein. The Capital City of the Free State. The City we’ll be travelling to bright and early Saturday morning in anticipation of seeing my oldest nephew off for his Matric Farewell. A night that is seldom forgotten by an eighteen year old, good or bad, it will always hold a special place in your memory box. It’s a night that will make history and a weekend away with my sister is always something to look forward to.
Rockstar Kids. We are re-launching Babytees in a few short weeks and launching a brand new line called Rockstar Kids. There will be a New Website, New Design, New Marketing. So if you consider your little one to be a rockstar in the making, stay tuned!
Living and Loving. The witty and lovely Catherine contacted me a few days ago to do a short interview about Remember When which will be featured in the Living and Loving in the not to distant future. I’ll share it as soon as it’s published.
Warmer Weather. Spring is around the corner and so is the promise of swimming parties, ice-lollies, lanterns bobbing on a warm Summer evening and early morning sunrises. I’ve certainly enjoyed the snuggly nights at home, wooly beanies, heartwarming soups and longer nights but the tide is changing and the buds are blooming. I’m ready for the change in Season.
School Holidays. We are in the midst of a 5 week school holiday and it’s been bliss. Our evenings have not missed the craziness of making school lunches, doing homework and stressing over lost school clothes. Our mornings have not missed the extra early alarm clock going off, desperate searches for clean PT clothes and the fight to get through peak hour traffic. It’s been a mini holiday with still having to go to work every day.
That is one, two, three, four, five, six things to look forward to. More than a handful :)
